MANAGER OF CLINICAL SERVICES



Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, your duties will include:
  • Management of the delivery of all components for clinical consultant services including regulated health care professionals and physicians.
  • Manage supervision of clinical staff.
  • Monitor all quality and service delivery issues regarding clinicians.
  • Provide technical expertise to all facets of the organization regarding health care and clinical specialties.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager regarding integration of clinical consultants/physicians and services into all aspects of operations.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement in quality of assessor and clinician pool.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of financial profit margins on clinical services.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • Certified Registered Nurse/Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or other RHP or related University Degree.
  • Member of respective College and Professional Associations.
  • Minimum 5-10 years clinical/case management experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years management / supervisory experience.
