We have over 200 consultants nation wide, and are currently looking to fill the following employment position: JSTP/VOCATIONAL CASE MANAGER SUPERVISOR Reporting to the Director of Vocational Services, you will be responsible for the following activities: Quality assurance – reviewing reports and detailed billing for Case Managers/JSTP providers; Assign files and monitor late reports on an as-needed basis in conjunction with respective Manager; Will perform file audits quarterly and on an as-needed basis Assisting with recruiting and contracting of new Case Managers/JSTP Providers; Training and orientation of new recruits and ongoing training as required; Providing technical expertise to designated Case Managers/JSTP Providers as well as to our customers as requested; The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: University Degree in Psychology, Sociology or other related Social Science Degree Member of respective College and Professional Associations Minimum 5 years vocational case management experience in a related field Related management / supervisory experience If you are interested in working in a fast-paced and expanding organization, Sibley & Associates is the place for you!
